Every cutoff we hold ourselves to, in one place. Production time starts when your proof is approved, not when you check out — if we are waiting on you, the clock is not running.
Two products ship on same-day or next-day cycles. Everything else runs on a production schedule counted in business days from proof approval.
| Product | Order by | Ships | Rush option |
|---|---|---|---|
| DTF transfers | 12:00 PM ET | Same day | +$20 Super Rush until 2:30 PM ET |
| Vinyl banners | Midnight | Next day | Same-day rush until 1:00 PM ET, 100% fee |
DTF is our fastest line. There is no production queue to wait behind — sheets print in the order they arrive.
The configurator shows a live countdown to the cutoff and tells you exactly which of those three states you are in before you pay.

Production time and transit time are different things. A 3-day production job going 2-day ground is in your hands on day five, not day three.
If we miss a committed ship date because of something on our end, we refund the rush fee — and if the order was standard, we upgrade the shipping at our cost. You do not have to ask, and you do not have to argue about it.
What does not count as us running late: waiting on proof approval, waiting on a corrected file, or a carrier delay after the package leaves our dock. Weather and carrier failures are outside anyone's control and we cannot refund them, though we will help you chase the carrier.
