Chosen per order, not per material. Both patch products offer all four.
Pre-applied adhesive film. 300°F for 15 seconds with a cover sheet. The default for hats and apparel.
Bare back, no adhesive. Required for anything industrially laundered and for heavy workwear.
Peel-and-stick 3M backing for hard goods, coolers, tool boxes and packaging. Not for garments.
Hook side sewn to the patch, loop side included loose. For morale panels and tactical gear.
Yes, on both materials, at no extra charge. Send vector art with a closed outer path and pick Cut to logo in the configurator. Very thin necks or spikes narrower than about 0.1" will get softened so they don't tear.
For a structured 6-panel, 3" × 2" is the workhorse. Low-profile and dad hats take 2.75" × 1.75" better. Rope hats and trucker fronts can go to 3.5" wide. Beanies use a folded tag, usually 2" × 1".
Not on leather or leatherette — the mark is a laser engrave, which is single-tone by nature. For full color on a patch-shaped piece, order a die-cut sticker or a DTF transfer instead.
Five business days standard from proof approval, three on rush, two on super rush. Rush is available on both materials at any quantity.
It depends on the product and the state of your file. Clean vector art that is ready to run generally is not charged for. Artwork that needs cleanup, vectorizing, redrawing or layout work is quoted based on how much work it takes. Anything applicable is shown before you pay — you will not find a surprise line item after the fact.
Send us your resale certificate and we'll turn on trade pricing, usually the same business day. No minimums, no monthly fee, no commitment.
