Yes, and that's the default. Nothing in the pack says Junction Print Lab. Pick your logo on the rate card and we'll print your mark on the insert instead, with your pricing rather than ours — send us your markup and we'll build it.
Not in the standard pack. For a custom sample set with your artwork on every material, order the products directly at their minimums — for most shops that's cheaper than you'd expect and you end up with sellable inventory instead of swatches.
Not currently. We don't offer international shipping on sample packs or on product orders. If that changes we'll say so here.
You don't do anything. It's attached to the email address on the sample order. When an order over $100 from that account ships, the credit posts automatically and shows on your next invoice.
