The same specs whether you order one sheet or two hundred.
Laid down at full opacity so colors hold on black and heather stock, not the thin gray you get from an underfilled base.
Our film is warm peel. Every shipment is labeled with the press temp, time and peel so nobody on your floor has to guess.
Pressed to spec, transfers survive home laundering without cracking or lifting at the edges. Tested on our own blanks.
We look at every file for resolution, transparency and sizing, and tell you what's wrong before it costs you a reprint.
Your gang sheets and single designs stay in your library. Reorder last month's run without re-uploading anything.
Sheets ship rolled in a tube or flat in a rigid mailer depending on size. Nothing arrives creased through a design.
310–320°F for 12 seconds at medium-firm pressure, peel warm, then re-press 5 seconds with a cover sheet. Full detail with fabric-by-fabric notes is on the pressing instructions page.
On most polyester, yes. On sublimated or heavily dyed poly — especially red, maroon and royal — migration is a real risk at 310°F. Ask us for the low-temp film when you order; it presses at 265°F and adds a business day.
Strokes hold reliably down to about 1 pt at final size. Below that, thin lines can break up when the film releases. Text at 6 pt and up is safe; we'll flag anything smaller on the proof.
No. DTF is priced by area only. A one-color logo and a full-bleed photograph on the same size sheet cost exactly the same.
Order before 12:00 PM ET and it ships the same day at no extra charge. Between 12:01 and 2:30 PM ET you can add Super Rush for a flat $20 on the order and still make today's truck. After 2:30 PM it goes out the next business day. Shipping is flat: $12.50 Ground or $40.00 Overnight, per order rather than per sheet. Most of NY, NJ, CT, MA and PA is 1-day Ground from Hopewell Junction, so Ground often lands as fast as Overnight in the region.
About a year stored flat, out of sunlight, at normal room humidity. Keep them out of a hot vehicle — the adhesive powder can start to tack up above roughly 100°F.
Send us your resale certificate and we'll turn on trade pricing, usually the same business day. No minimums, no monthly fee, no commitment.
