Banners have no minimum size — area is billed per square foot, rounded up to the next linear foot on each side, so an 18" × 18" banner bills as 24" × 24". Hemming and grommets are always free. Banner shipping is $15 flat per 999 sq ft, overnight.
These aren't line items. They're how the product ships unless you tell us otherwise.
Every banner edge is heat welded, not taped. A taped hem lets go in the first hard freeze; a welded one doesn't.
Any placement, any spacing — all sides, two sides, one side, corners only or custom. None of it costs extra.
$1.50 per linear foot. Pole pockets add a one-time $15 setup per size and replace hemming and grommets.
H-stakes ship in the same carton, not attached, at $0.85 each. Coroplast flutes run vertically for stake strength by default.
All cut vinyl ships pre-masked with medium-tack tape and a registration line so your installer isn't eyeballing it.
Banners ship rolled face-out on a 3" core. Nothing gets folded through a logo, ever.
Large format is viewed from a distance, so 100 DPI at final size is plenty and 150 is generous. A 3' × 8' banner at 100 DPI is a 3600 × 9600 pixel file. If that's impractical, send it at quarter scale at 300 DPI and we'll scale it — the math works out the same.
We get close on solvent — typically within 2 Delta E on coated spot colors in our gamut. Metallics, neons and Reflex Blue don't reproduce. If a color is critical, say so at checkout and we'll print a swatch before the full run at no charge.
64" is the roll width, so one seamless piece can be up to 62" in its short dimension and about 40 feet long. Above that we weld panels together — the seam is welded, not sewn, and lands where you tell us to put it.
Banners hold about two years outdoors in the northeast, coroplast about one season of full sun before the whites start to yellow, and printed vinyl with a laminate five to seven years. Nothing here is meant to be permanent architectural signage.
Ordered before midnight, a banner ships the next day. If you need it out the same day, same-day rush is available until 1:00 PM ET and carries a 100% rush fee on the product. Banner shipping is $15 flat per 999 sq ft on overnight service, and that price doesn't change on a rush order. Yard signs and adhesive vinyl run on a longer schedule — see turnaround times.
Yes, same as everything else. Banners and signs go UPS Ground in plain cartons with your packing slip. Oversize freight is quoted at checkout — anything over 8 feet on the long side usually is.
Send us your resale certificate and we'll turn on trade pricing, usually the same business day. No minimums, no monthly fee, no commitment.
