There is no volume pricing on DTF. The rate is $3.00 per square foot at any quantity, billed by the linear inch and rounded up. A 22.5" × 6" piece is the minimum charge at $2.81.

Shipping and cutoffs
  • Ground is $12.50 flat. Overnight is $40.00 flat. Both are per order, not per sheet.
  • Ordered before 12:00 PM ET, it prints and ships the same day at no extra charge.
  • Ordered between 12:01 and 2:30 PM ET, you can add Super Rush for a flat $20 at checkout to still make today's truck.
  • After 2:30 PM it goes out the next business day.
  • Most of NY, NJ, CT, MA and PA is 1-day UPS Ground from Hopewell Junction — Ground often lands as fast as overnight in the region.
  • Blind shipping is included on every order at no charge.
Artwork requirements
  • Build your file 22.5" wide. Anything wider gets scaled down or returned for a fix.
  • Transparent PNG at 300 DPI, sized at final print dimensions, is ideal.
  • Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are accepted and rasterized at 300 DPI.
  • We do not cut DTF transfers. Leave at least 0.25" between designs so you can separate them cleanly yourself.
  • White backgrounds print as white ink. If you want a knockout, send real transparency.
  • RGB is fine — we convert. Very saturated neons shift; we'll flag it on the proof.
Pressing instructions
  • 310–320°F for 12 seconds at medium-firm pressure.
  • Peel warm, not hot — wait about 5 seconds after opening the press.
  • Re-press 5 seconds with a cover sheet for a matte finish and better wash durability.
  • Rated for 50+ home wash cycles when pressed to spec.
