Why is real leather so much more than leatherette?
Hide costs more, and it does not nest as tightly — a hide has edges, brands and thin spots we cut around, so the yield per square foot is lower.
Will every patch look the same?
No, and that is the point. Veg-tan takes the laser differently across the hide. If you need dead-consistent color, leatherette is the better call.
Can you cut to my logo shape?
Yes, cutting to your outline is free when you send vector. If you only have raster art we can vector trace it for $35, and you approve the traced outline before it runs.
